Method Effects

Automotive aero. Designed and made in the US.

Splitters, lips and bucks for cars people actually drove. Every part was tooled, coated and shipped from one shop, and the first overseas order went to Japan.

Why it ended: the margins were real, the cash cycle was not. Tooling and stock had to be paid before the next run sold, and on a cash basis that ceiling never moved. It was wound down in 2024, on purpose, with the lessons kept.

Rental Manager (Sch. E) is a local-file organizer shaped by business-tax work and active rental-property management: portable records, deterministic math, and open items kept visible.

The spreadsheet stays the source of truth. The manager reads it, reconciles every Schedule E line, and shows the bottom line with every gap it still needs answered. Nothing leaves the machine.

Olimazi is a record, not a résumé. It holds three things and nothing else: the work that is real enough to show, what is being learned while it is still wrong, and the library — everything made along the way, kept whether or not it worked.

The name is not a company. It is a place to put the work so it can be judged on its own, without a face, a title, or a pitch attached to it. Anything here can be opened, and nothing here is finished.
