Presenting my experiences

Sharing vision aided by Ai?

Olimazi is an ongoing, growing personal brand meant to share past experiences along with builds from a non-technical scope — using AI as a tool to express human elements, and hopefully the missing context you only get from being “in it”.

These are the two main bodies of work behind the Olimazi concept. Method Effects shares an actual brand build operating process from the ground up. The Rental Manager shows what one person can now turn into a working system with AI and real subject-matter context.

Method Effects

A ground-up, organically grown and first-to-market automotive aero parts company that facilitated a need for creativity and creation. A self-marketing (pull) product that emphasized quality and control — designed and manufactured in the U.S. while still realizing ~50% margins. Although unable to scale on a cash basis, the brand earned high marks and a respected brand equity.

The work included fitment constraints, OEM mounting points, custom tooling and packaging, ecommerce, customer support, logistics, and content for Facebook, Instagram, and enthusiast forums.

Process notes and lessons
  • Used vehicle scanning and professional CAD support to turn the initial idea into manufacturable geometry.
  • Designed around fitment, visibility, minimal modification, and an OEM-like appearance.
  • Retooled an expensive aluminum buck after rejecting a gap in the RS3 design; later learned MDF could have reduced that cost.
  • Custom boxes and shipping processes for a large product moving domestically and internationally. Duties, customs, and oversized shipping charges were constraints.
  • Faced pandemic-era plastic costs and overseas copying of product designs and images.

Rental Manager

A workbook you own. Built by an owner for owners: AI is your intake and organizer.

Rental Manager (Sch. E) is a local-file organizer shaped by business-tax work and active rental-property management: portable records, deterministic math, and open items kept visible.

Learning in public

notes stapled to the wall, not a syllabus

I reached for tools first. Context came later.

Framed from Austin Marchese

NO. 1Chasing every new tool is window-shopping — pick one hub and plug everything into it.
NO. 2Nothing is hands-off from day one — you earn automation by working one system in absurd detail.
NO. 3More agents is more output, not more value — measure impact, not volume.
NO. 4A hundred downloaded skills is testing debt — building one against your own context is the point.
NO. 5There is no autopilot income — AI fulfills the work; it does not market it.
Context

Something I want to build on

A rental-property filing problem, a product process, or an interest I can judge for myself gives the AI work real context.

Constraints

Work around the gaps

Gemini in November 2025 wasn't sufficient, then came Claude in April 2026 — YouTube and X, Claude Code planning, and practical workarounds to fill gaps in technical background.

Handoff

Plan, execute, review

Planned in Claude Code, executed in Codex, reviewed in Claude Code. Around it: MCP setups like Zapier, Outlook workarounds, intake flows, and early Facebook and Instagram publishing systems.

Record

Keep the missing context

A roughly weekly record of what worked, what did not, and details tutorials often leave out — without pretending the learning is finished.

Current state of mind

caught mid-process, on purpose

My Obsidian vault holds working notes, experiments, useful connections, and loose ends. Everything here is caught mid-process — the sources I followed, the parts that worked, and the parts I abandoned. The unfinished state is the record, not a gap in it.
