Rental Manager (Sch. E) is a local-file organizer. It brings income, expenses, notes, and still-unresolved items into one dashboard. The calculations follow fixed rules, so the same inputs produce the same totals. Anything that still needs an answer stays visible instead of being quietly guessed.

There is no cloud service and no account to create. Rental Manager works with files on your machine. I never see your books unless you choose to share a redacted screenshot—one with names, addresses, account numbers, and other identifying details removed.
